Costumed children and pets parade through downtown Herington at 5:30 p.m.
Register at 4:30 p.m. at corner of First and Main for drawings for stuffed animals and bikes given away by Tri-County Chamber of Commerce. Judging of costumed pets will be at 4:30 for prizes given by Tri-County Veterinary Center.
